Seafood Product Quality Control Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the whole process of quality inspection and process control of shrimp export factory in India from raw material to finished product loading in the container to ensure that it meets the Chinese import standards.

2. Process QC: Supervise key processes such as de-heading, grading, quick freezing, ice coating, metal detection, sterilisation of inner packaging materials

3. Export documentation: Match with customs broker and shipping company to ensure that the QC release information is in line with the bill of lading, sanitary certificates and certificates of origin.

4. Exception Handling: When batch deviation, customer complaint or customs detention occurs, lead CAPA and submit English/Chinese 8D report within 48 hours.

5. Team & Culture: Seamless connection with China headquarter team to promote "India-China-Customer" and "India-China-Customer".

Qualifications:

1. At least 5 years of QA/QC experience in export shrimp or frozen fish processing plant, familiar with processing process of de-heading shrimp, PD, PUD and other specifications;

2. English written communication skills (reports, emails).
