Sea Export Documentation Executive

As a Sea Export Documentation specialist at North Star Cargo, Bandra, you will be responsible for managing the entire export documentation process, both pre-shipment and post-shipment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, ARE-1 forms, labels, L/C documents, insurance documents, Certificate of Origin, and B/L drafts. - Maintaining a drawback list and ensuring accurate documentation for each shipment. - Communicating and following up with logistic agencies to obtain necessary documentation. - Sending scanned copies of documents to customers, providing tracking numbers for courier shipments, and tracking consignments until they reach their destination. - Promptly informing customers in case of delays or early arrivals with reasons behind the situation. - Sending samples to customers, collecting feedback, liaising with banks for the negotiation of bank documents, and maintaining coordination between various departments involved in the export process.
