Job Description

We are seeking a skilled L2 Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SD-WAN technologies, IP routing protocols, and troubleshooting complex network issues. This role involves supporting enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 support for network incidents, changes, and service requests.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SD-WAN solutions (e.g. Fortinet, Versa, Cisco Viptela).
Manage and optimize IP routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) across WAN and LAN environments.
Perform root cause analysis for network outages and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with L1 and L3 teams for escalations and project deployments.
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and changes.
Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
