Job Description

Automotive Industry Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Provide
industry knowledge, process expertise, and innovative solutions
to help clients achieve business transformation in the
automotive sector
.

Collaborate with leading
automotive clients and suppliers
to develop and implement
global strategies, manage complex change initiatives, and integrate next-gen automotive solutions
.

Lead
solutioning for Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV) and Connected Car use cases
, delivering thought leadership in these domains.

Assess the
value potential of transformation programs
and design
value-driven proposals
, articulating the
business impact to C-suite executives
.

Leverage extensive industry expertise, talent, and assets to
deliver sustainable, long-term solutions
.

Travel to client sites across geographies for project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven consulting experience
in the automotive sector, with global exposure.

Strong understanding of the Automotive Software Development Lifecycle
and its applications in digital transformation.

Experience in
Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV), Connected Car solutions, and automotive digital strategy
.

Ability to
architect value-driven proposals
and present them effectively to senior leadership.

Strong
techno-functional consulting
background in
digital transformation and product strategy
.

Excellent
problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in
automotive development areas
such as
In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI), AD/ADAS, E/E architecture
.

Familiarity with
automotive software development standards
like
AUTOSAR, ASPICE
.

Knowledge of
next-gen technologies
such as
hypervisors, cloud computing, AI/ML
.

Education:

B.E. in Mechanical, Electronics, or Automobile Engineering

MBA (preferred)
