Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SDET - Lead with 7-11 years of experience to join our team in the Employment Firms/Recruitment Services Firms industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and testing, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development and implementation of software testing strategies and plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using various tools and technologies.
Analyze test results and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Mentor junior team members and guide them on best practices.
Participate in agile development methodologies and collaborate with developers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Job Requirements
