Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI) .
Work with NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL (PostgreSQL) databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
Implement caching strategies using Redis to optimize application performance.
Develop event-driven architectures using Kafka and Google Pub/Sub for real-time data processing.
Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes .
Optimize system performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
(If applicable) Work with FFMPEG for video/audio processing and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver high-quality software.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug production issues in a timely manner.
1+ years of hands-on experience in backend development .
Strong proficiency in: Java (Spring Boot)
Python (FastAPI)
MongoDB & PostgreSQL
Redis (caching strategies)
Kafka / Google Pub-Sub (event streaming)
Docker & Kubernetes (containerization & orchestration)
Experience in performance tuning, scalability, and system optimization .
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Knowledge of FFMPEG (for media processing) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
Good understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs .

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud-native development (GCP).
Knowledge of distributed systems and high-availability architectures .
Familiarity with monitoring tools
Understanding of security best practices in backend development.
