Job Description

Write clean, modular, correct, and production-ready code in Node.js or Python .
Able to think and design systems on scale using async programming , error handling , and best design practices .
Debug and optimize performance, memory, and concurrency issues.
Work with databases, caching (Redis or equivalent) , and queues (SQS/PubSub) for reliable system design.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications using AWS/GCP , Docker , and observability tools.
Take end-to-end ownership from requirements to deployment and impact measurement.
Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work collaboratively to achieve objectives and deliver impactful outcomes.
Use AI tools/APIs (OpenAI, LiteLLM, LangChain, etc.) to improve workflows and product capabilities.
Must Have
Strong in Node.js or Python
High ownership and self-driven execution - You are an engineer, not a coder!
Hands-on product development experience
Basic infra knowledge (AWS/GCP, Docker, monitoring, queues)
Practical AI usage or integration experience
System design - Thinking at scale (performance, reliability, cost)
