Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with expertise in Salesforce to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a proven track record of facilitating Scrum processes to enhance team performance and deliver quality results.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coordinate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clarity of requirements.
Guide the team in applying Agile methodologies and practices effectively to improve productivity and quality.
Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and ensure smooth workflows.
Coach team members on Scrum principles and practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Monitor and report on team progress and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

4-8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role with strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are highly desirable.
Experience with Salesforce, including knowledge of its functionalities and how it integrates with Agile processes.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills to empower teams and encourage collaboration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
