Job Summary: As a Digital Services Scrum Master at Xerox, you will play a crucial role in supporting a cross-functional product team in embracing and upholding Agile practices. Your responsibilities will include facilitating various Scrum ceremonies, addressing basic blockers, and monitoring team progress using Azure DevOps. This position is well-suited for individuals early in their careers who are enthusiastic about Agile methodologies and eager to advance within a collaborative engineering environment. Responsibilities: - Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives - Assist in backlog grooming and ensure alignment of sprint goals with the Product Owner - Identify and address impediments hindering team progress - Manage sprint boards and team artifacts efficiently in Azure DevOps - Encourage team accountability, continuous improvement, and adherence to Agile values - Monitor sprint metrics such as velocity and burn-down charts, and communicate insights to stakeholders - Cultivate a safe and inclusive team environment that promotes collaboration and transparency - Coordinate communication across different time zones, primarily between the US and India Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or a related field - 2 years of experience working on Agile software development teams (internship, analyst, QA, or junior role) - Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum concepts - Strong communication and organizational skills - Familiarity with Azure DevOps Boards or similar tools like Jira and Trello - Preferred Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) - Bonus: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification #L1 - SM1 #L1 - HYBRID,
