Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Verify team capacity and ensure ability to deliver in identified releases.
Assign team members (SA, Developers) to enhancements and initiatives.
Identify external dependencies, PICs, and define milestone dates.
Track progress against planned milestones (Design playback, Dev completion, etc.).
Identify risks, blockers, and drive resolution; escalate when needed.
Liaise with subsidiaries, external systems, and DevOps teams.
Collaborate with QA during SIT/BVT execution and defect prioritization.
Assign defects to developers and ensure timely resolution.
Manage Change Requests with subsidiaries and road mapping teams.
Coordinate with Release Management and DevOps for code readiness and PC tickets.
Ensure subsidiaries receive cutover instructions and release overview slides.
Conduct handover sessions with AO teams.
Support successful PVT completion with QA and subsidiaries.

Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Agile project management and Scrum practices.
Strong experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to handle dependencies, risks, and escalations effectively.
Hands-on experience with release management processes.
Hands-on experience with E-Commerce domain .
Excellent collaboration skills across QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
