Job Summary

Drive Agile delivery for software development teams by ensuring proper sprint planning,tracking, and collaboration. Act as a bridge between technical teams and businessstakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Key Requirements

 Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Ensure sprint goals, backlog refinement, and story estimations. Track team velocity and remove delivery blockers. Manage Jira boards and maintain sprint hygiene. Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders. Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement. Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams for alignment. Support multiple teams if required across Java/GenAI projects.

Must-Have Skills

 8–12 years overall experience, with at least 4 years as Scrum Master. Strong working knowledge of Agile tools (Jira/Confluence).

Preferred Skills

Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM). Experience with distributed teams and GenAIprojects.Skills: agile,qa,devops,scrum,srrum master,sprint planning
