Scrum master in Telecom : Required Technical Skill Set - Core Java, JEE6 , J2EE Preferred candidate profile : Core Java/JEE6 Ability to manage small teams (8 to 10) Good oral and written communication Agile methodology Good-to-Have: Telecom domain knowledge, EJB, CI, CD , Devops Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role: 1 Organizing sprit ceremonies 2 Help the team members to remove impediments 3 Work on Sprint tasks, participate in backlog grooming and conducting retros 4 Deliver the user stories 5 Work in offshore-onsite delivery model 6 Should guide and enable other resources in the team
