Scrum Master - Project Management

You have 8+ years of project management experience and your main responsibility will be coordinating with scrum team members to ensure everyone is aligned with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. You will conduct meetings with team members to identify and resolve any issues that may arise. It will be part of your role to introduce agile engineering practices in day-to-day activities and ensure that the agile delivery methodology is being followed, addressing any roadblocks promptly. You will be hosting daily standups and assisting the scrum team in overcoming obstacles to achieve the overall objectives. Additionally, you will coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other necessary documents to facilitate the successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients. Maintaining the JIRA Dashboard for task lists, status updates, approvals, CR scope, etc., will also be one of your responsibilities. Your duties will include obtaining product team acceptance of project deliverables, managing customer satisfaction during the project transition period, and conducting post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.,
