Description
Location: Bangalore (Bagmane Tech Park) Experience: Min 10+ years Job Timing : 4PM to 1 AM Role & responsibilities PMP (Professional in Project Management), Agile & Scrum project management certifications preferred. Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders (Product Managers, RTEs, Product Owners) to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned and delivered on time, focusing on program-level goals. Should have excellent communication and servant leadership skills. Should have Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability. Facilitate Agile ceremonies for multiple teams and lead team breakout sessions during PI Planning to coordinate dependencies, capacity, and risks. Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. Guides and coaches, the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers. Mentor less experienced Scrum Masters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across multiple teams. Proven experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in Agile environments. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies. Experience in Project Management and Agile methodologies, with proven success in scaling Agile across multiple teams. Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Jira Align or similar tools. Experience in release management and deployment processes is a plus. Concepts which candidate must know ( expectation of L1 and L2 panel) Knowledge on Project execution model (Fixed Bid vs Others) : The idea behind this question is to check if they have experienced challenges with managing team and work under tough situations. Req. Change Management processes: How the requirements tracking and baselining of requirements done based on the defined scope of work. What is the change management approach when there are changes asked to the baselined scope of work. How is the analysis done to estimate the impact to efforts, schedule and hence to the cost (cost part will be in collaboration with Practise Lead & Account lead) Approach or direction on how to ensure with these changes to scope the timeline is met for an MVP with a reprioritized scope of work. Release Management and go-NoGo processes: These are the tasks that comes up during the time when there is a major release planned. After Dev, UT, SIT & UAT are completed, there will be a decision-making call whether we can go ahead with release on not. This section covers what are all the things to be considered as part of this call with the key stakeholders. And in prep for the major release, there could be many tasks like deployment of Binary, DB changes, Config changes, File storage related changes etc. How will a Dry run activity be done, and how that benefits etc. Preferred candidate profile Location: Bangalore (Bagmane Tech Park) Experience: Min 9+ years Job Timing : 4PM to 1 AM
