Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Coordinate across time zones to enable effective communication and collaboration among global teams.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress, escalating issues when necessary.
• Track and report on team metrics, sprint progress, and overall project health.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Support cross-functional coordination and dependency management across projects.
• Ensure compliance with medical industry standards, including documentation, regulatory requirements, and data privacy protocols.
• Utilize Microsoft Project for planning, tracking, and reporting across multiple initiatives.

Experience Requirement:

• 4 - 6 years of experience in Agile environments as a Scrum Master.
• Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to medical device industry or regulated environments is a plus.
