You are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join the Agile team in Mumbai. With 4-5 years of experience, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum processes, removing impediments, and ensuring team efficiency and effectiveness. Your key responsibilities include providing expertise on Scrum framework, coaching teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, improving processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and leading Agile transformation initiatives. You will also develop metrics, provide training, and require CSM or PSM certification, excellent communication and coaching skills, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with Agile tools. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred, along with experience in Scaled Agile Framework, Kanban, DevOps, cloud-based Agile tools, and software development methodologies.,
