Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in IT projects, with at least 1 year in a Scrum Master or coordination role • Exposure to Agile project delivery and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)

• Good understanding of project planning, coordination, and reporting

Job Overview

• To lead Agile project delivery while managing end-to-end project governance activities.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive collaboration across teams.
• Support project planning, scheduling, resource alignment, and risk resolution.
• Ensure visibility and predictability in project execution through structured monitoring and reporting.
• Act as a key communication link between internal teams, stakeholders, and customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Scrum Facilitation Lead all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Project Planning – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare detailed plans, timelines, and resource forecasts.
• Team Support & Coaching – Guide the team on Agile principles, remove blockers, and promote continuous improvement.
• Progress Tracking – Monitor progress through Agile metrics (burn-down charts, velocity, sprint goals) and PM tools.
• Stakeholder Communication – Provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Change & Risk Management – Drive change management and proactively identify project risks with impact analysis.
• Reporting & Analytics – Perform project health analysis and generate actionable reports for management review.
• Resource Management – Maintain visibility on resource availability, allocation, and workload balancing.
