Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead Agile delivery teams
by implementing and managing frameworks such as
Scrum
,
Kanban
, and
SAFe
, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies
including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews, while coaching teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and product backlogs.
Utilize SQL and analytics tools
to generate reports, track KPIs, and provide data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making.
Act as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
and optionally as a
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
Mentor junior team members
, promote Agile culture, and ensure alignment with organizational goals through effective communication and leadership.
