Scrum Master, Advisor

Role Overview: As a Scrum Master at Fiserv, you will have the opportunity to be part of a delivery team responsible for building the innovative Commerce Hub platform. This platform is designed to deliver innovation through simple, fast integrations, offering a powerful omnichannel experience. By providing developer-friendly communication standards, unified APIs, and pre-certified integrations, the Commerce Hub aims to reduce development time and accelerate speed to market. Your role will involve facilitating Agile leadership to distributed Product development teams, maintaining an environment that embraces agile values, and providing clear communication to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Provide Agile leadership and support to distributed Product development teams - Maintain an environment that enables teams to embrace agile values and practices - Commit to meeting/exceeding the needs of the team's customers - Use data to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and increase predictability - Facilitate communication and manage interactions with stakeholders, project teams, and program leaders - Maintain artifacts such as Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Burndown Charts - Proactively identify and eliminate potential obstacles for the teams - Collaborate closely with Product Owners, agile teams, and other Scrum Masters - Encourage self-organization and responsibility within the Scrum team - Prepare Sprint Status and Capacity Estimations reporting for the Development Team(s) Qualifications Required: - 10 years of hands-on experience with at least 5+ years as a Scrum Master - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is required - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Clarity, and Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence) - Successful experience in delivering to external clients - Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal direction - Good knowledge of moderation, mediation, change management, and team development methodologies Additional Company Details (if present in JD): Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
