• Write scripts for YouTube long-form and short-form content
• Research topics around finance, psychology, self-improvement, business & internet culture
• Convert complex ideas into clear, engaging, high-retention scripts
• Collaborate closely with the founder and content team on ideation and structure
• Continuously improve scripts based on performance feedback

• Strong command over 

  English

   (Hinglish understanding is a plus)
• Ability to think in 

  hooks, retention, and narrative flow

• Interest in content, media, psychology, and digital platforms
• Prior experience in scriptwriting, content writing, or storytelling (internships/freelance included)
• Discipline, curiosity, and a bias towards execution

• Understand YouTube / Instagram content dynamics
• Have written scripts that performed well online
• Enjoy breaking down ideas and rebuilding them better
