– Create high-retention edits for long & short-form YouTube videos
– Design motion graphics, kinetic text, transitions, and screen explainers
– Work with scriptwriters, editors & creative leads to enhance storytelling
– Adapt graphic styles across genres (business, psychology, tech, self-growth)
– Help build a visual brand language that stands out on every scroll
– Has 1–3 yrs experience in motion design/video editing (YouTube preferred)
– Is fluent in After Effects, Premiere Pro (or similar tools)
– Can create clean, modern animations without going overboard
– Knows what keeps Gen Z glued to the screen
– Bonus: Experience with Lottie, 3D motion, or YouTube creator space
– Only do cinematic or wedding-style edits
– Don’t have a strong grip on modern motion design
– Are unfamiliar with fast-paced, creator-style content
