Scriptwriter / Content Writer – Social Media & Video Content

At Growth Partners, we believe stories sell better than ads. We’re looking for a creative scriptwriter/content writer who can turn marketing insights, AI explorations, and business growth stories into engaging, scroll-stopping scripts for Instagram reels, YouTube videos, LinkedIn posts, and more.

This is not about writing long blogs or boring copies. It’s about creating snappy, relatable, and high-converting content that resonates with business owners, founders, and brand audiences.

🎯 What You’ll Do

- Write scripts for short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube explainers) that hook attention fast

- Research client industries, trending topics, and audience pain points to build relevant content ideas

- Collaborate with the creative/video team to ensure scripts translate well into visuals and storytelling

- Create post captions, hooks, and storytelling angles for Instagram/LinkedIn/YouTube

- Build a content library of tested hooks, storytelling patterns, and formats that work

- Experiment with AI tools (for ideation, drafting, and repurposing content) to make the process faster

🔍 Who You Are

- A storyteller at heart—you can simplify complex ideas into catchy, relatable content

- Strong writing skills in English (and bonus if you can mix Tamil/“Tanglish” for local flavor)

- Obsessed with short-form content trends (Reels, Shorts, TikTok formats) and know what goes viral

- Basic understanding of marketing and business audience (not just entertainment)

- Can work closely with performance marketing + creative teams to align scripts with campaign goals

- Comfortable writing multiple variations of hooks, CTAs, and storytelling angles quickly
