We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Script Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, writing, and editing engaging scripts for various formats including explainer videos, social media content, advertisements, training modules, podcasts, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compelling, original scripts that align with brand voice, objectives, and target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and production teams to create scripts for video, audio, and multimedia content.
• Transform complex ideas into clear, engaging, and relatable narratives.
• Conduct research on topics, industry trends, and competitors to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Adapt tone, language, and style based on the platform (YouTube, Instagram, ads, corporate videos, etc.).
• Review and edit scripts to meet time, structure, and content requirements.
• Ensure scripts are optimized for storytelling, audience engagement, and call-to-action.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Script Writer, Content Writer, or in a similar role.
• Strong command of storytelling, structure, and dialogue writing.
• Ability to write for multiple formats: short-form, long-form, promotional, educational, etc.
• Excellent research, writing, and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Creativity with the ability to generate fresh ideas and approaches.
• Knowledge of content trends across digital and social platforms.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Experience writing scripts for digital marketing, YouTube channels, advertising agencies, or production houses.
• Basic understanding of SEO and audience behavior on digital platforms.
