As a UGC Video Scriptwriter at Power HXOUSE, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and performance-oriented scripts for 3060 second UGC-style videos tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Your responsibilities will include researching successful ad creatives, writing strong hooks, dialogue, and CTAs, as well as providing creative direction and shoot notes to bring the scripts to life. Collaboration with account managers and editors to ensure the seamless execution of the scripts across multiple niches will be essential. **Key Responsibilities:** - Write UGC video scripts (3060 seconds) suitable for Instagram, Facebook & TikTok - Research and analyze successful ad creatives from Facebook Ads Library and TikTok Creative Center - Craft engaging hooks, compelling dialogue, and performance-driven CTAs - Provide creative direction and shoot notes for tone, transitions, and gestures - Collaborate effectively with account managers and editors - Work across diverse niches such as beauty, wellness, fashion, tech, food, etc. **Qualifications Required:** - 13 years of writing experience in marketing, content, D2C, or ad agencies - Proficiency in understanding short-form video trends and audience engagement - Ability to write in a conversational tone that resonates with the target audience - Skill in positioning products as solutions rather than mere features - Strong organizational skills and a track record of meeting deadlines consistently - Bonus: Experience in D2C or UGC-style creative writing At Power HXOUSE, you will have the opportunity to build a high-impact portfolio by working with some of India's most innovative brands.
