About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Script Writer to join our team. The role requires crafting engaging UGC scripts, ad copies, and Instagram content that resonate with audiences and boost engagement. A strong sense of storytelling, catchy hooks, and adaptability to different tones will be essential. You’ll work closely with the creative, content, and marketing teams to bring fresh ideas to life through impactful scripts and short-form content.

Specifically, this role will involve:

• Writing UGC scripts, ad scripts, and Instagram content for campaigns.
• Developing creative hooks and compelling storytelling concepts.
• Collaborating with marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute ideas.
• Adapting tone, language, and style as per brand guidelines.
• Staying updated with the latest trends in social media, advertising, and digital storytelling.

An ideal candidate will have:

• Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in scriptwriting or content creation.
• Strong command in both English and Hindi.
• Creative thinking with the ability to write engaging, punchy, and relatable scripts.
• Awareness of social media trends and audience behavior.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Certifications or prior internships in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,385.30 - ₹29,000.00 per month

• Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
