Script Writer

Position Overview

The Script Writer will be responsible for developing engaging, clear, and strategic scripts for video content produced by Bluepin Digital. This includes ads, social media content, YouTube videos, promotional videos, training content, and brand storytelling. The role requires creativity, marketing understanding, and strong communication skills to convert ideas into impactful scripts.

Key Responsibilities1. Script Development

• Write compelling scripts for ads, reels, shorts, explainer videos, corporate videos, and brand campaigns.
• Convert client briefs into structured, audience-focused narratives.
• Ensure script flow, tone, and message align with brand guidelines.

2. Content Strategy & Ideation

• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and video teams to brainstorm video concepts.
• Research industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor content for fresh ideas.
• Provide creative direction for storytelling, scenes, dialogues, and visual cues.

3. Storyboarding & Visualization

• Prepare scene-by-scene breakdowns for the production team.
• Suggest suitable visuals, transitions, and on-screen text.
• Work closely with designers and videographers to guide production.

4. Revision & Quality Check

• Edit scripts based on feedback from clients and internal teams.
• Ensure scripts are SEO-friendly (for YouTube content).
• Maintain consistency in brand voice and video objectives.

5. Collaboration

• Coordinate with the video editing and shooting team to ensure script execution.
• Participate in client meetings to understand requirements clearly.
• Provide creative input to improve overall video content performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
