Now, we’re looking for a Growth Architect who has scaled 20+ personal brands organically to 100K+ followers with a clear roadmap from scratch. Role & Responsibilities - Design and execute a 6-month growth roadmap to 100K followers (Focus on Instagram > LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts as support). Research & build winning content formats based on hooks, psychology, data and market positioning. Identify growth hacks (collabs, trending formats, repost strategies, micro-influencer seeding). Run weekly growth reviews (analytics, adjustments, experiments). Collaborate with our production team (shoot/edit) to ensure content fits the roadmap. Be accountable for milestone-based growth — not vanity activity. Requirements Proven track record of growing at least 20+ personal brands and 10+ Brands organically from 0 → 100K (must show proof with analytics/screenshots). Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, LinkedIn content virality, and Shorts algorithms. Experience in personal branding niches (founders, coaches, creators preferred). Knows how to balance authority content + viral hooks. Strategic thinker, not just an executor.
