Job Description

You will be responsible for handling the End to End Procurement process activities for Nuclear BU in the assigned category. This includes understanding quality aspects specific to working in the Nuclear BU and effectively managing the procurement process. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding requirements technically and strategizing for sourcing. - Handling enquiries, negotiations, price comparison table creation, Purchase order generation, shipment tracking, custom clearance, and material clearance post receipt. - Coordinating with PMG, QC, and Suppliers to ensure smooth order execution in full compliance with specifications. - Maintaining records of ordered items, including Quality documents and commercial documents. - Contributing to Department activities from ISO to process improvement initiatives.
