You will be responsible for handling RFQs to forwarders and conducting price comparisons. Your duties will include obtaining final rate approval by design, nominating forwarders as per requirements, and planning container stuffing. Furthermore, you will be responsible for handling forms AI, GSP, and COO for required customers, tracking export invoices to consignees, and managing storage for various documents. Booking DHL couriers for documents and samples, receiving couriers, and providing prompt and timely responses to emails from forwarders, CHAs, and customers are vital aspects of the role. Staying updated with communications from the central team regarding forwarders" contract arrangements is crucial. Additionally, you will need to handle various calls and meetings with team members, address ad-hoc issues, and ensure the availability of Export Freight Provision LEO Copies to Finance.
