Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications - PDH, Inventory, and Cost Management.
  • Lead and support end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and support engagements.
  • Understand and map client requirements to Oracle Cloud configurations and functionalities.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion PDH/Inventory/Costing modules to align with business standards and requirements.
  • Prepare functional specifications, process/data flow diagrams, and user documentation.
  • Conduct unit testing, UAT, and obtain sign-offs in collaboration with business users.
  • Review ticket quality and deliverables, ensure adherence to SLAs and incident/change/problem management best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions and COE activities.
  • Generate ad hoc reports to assess application health and proactively resolve issues.
  • Perform data uploads and migrations using tools like FBDI, ADFDI, and Import Maps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
  • Utilize BPM approval workflows and BI Reports for better process control and insights.
  • Participate in client-facing meetings, report status updates, and manage risks/escalations.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose PoCs integrating innovations like AI or Blockchain with Oracle platforms.

Skills Required:

Mandatory:

  • 4-7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
  • Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations in PDH, Inventory, and Costing
  • Strong functional knowledge in:
    • Enterprise Structures
    • Product Hub (PDH)
    • Item Structures, Attributes, Catalogs, and Categories
    • Inventory and Cost Management
  • Experience with:
    • BPM Workflow, BI Reports (BIP/OTBI)
    • Oracle Cloud Configuration Standards
    • Service tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, ALM)
    • Configuration migration and automation

Preferred:

  • Experience with automated deployment tools and DevOps practices in Oracle Cloud
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud and reporting enhancements
  • Reporting tool knowledge (OTBI, BI Publisher)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
