• Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic team of frontend engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable web applications. Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular code reviews to uphold best practices and maintain high code quality standards.
• Organize and lead knowledge-sharing sessions to encourage ongoing learning and skill development within the team.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of new features.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage scope and dependencies.
• Drive architectural decisions and promote adoption of modern frontend best practices to ensure long-term maintainability and scalability.
• Guide the team in evaluating and implementing new frameworks or libraries, ensuring consistent adoption across projects.
• Architect and implement next-generation frontend applications and micro frontend solutions to support large, distributed teams.
• Continuously monitor and optimize application performance across devices and browsers, profiling and debugging bottlenecks for optimal load times and rendering efficiency.
• Implement advanced tooling and instrumentation for proactive performance tuning and monitoring.
• Represent the engineering team at conferences, meetups, and community events by sharing technical insights and best practices.
• Write and publish technical blog posts that highlight innovations, engineering achievements, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to showcase product milestones and engineering success stories.

Experience Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on frontend web technologies, especially React.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing front-end architectures with deep knowledge of advanced JavaScript (ESNext) and TypeScript for type safety.
• Extensive experience with bundlers like Webpack to optimize build processes and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Hands-on expertise in modern CSS methodologies such as SCSS, CSS Modules, and CSS-in-JS libraries (Styled Components, Emotion), with a focus on building scalable and maintainable UI components.
• Demonstrated experience in frontend performance profiling and optimization using tools such as React Profiler, Lighthouse, and Webpack Bundle Analyzer.
• Strong background in architecting and deploying micro frontend applications, leveraging frameworks like Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI to automate testing and deployment for rapid release cycles.
• Proficient in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and deploying frontend applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) ensuring high availability and resilience.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring engineers, driving technical excellence, and managing cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience speaking at conferences, contributing to open-source projects, or publishing technical content is highly desirable.
