Job Description

Candidates who can join soon will be given more preference.

i) Procurement & Vendor Management

a. Develop and implement vendor selection, evaluation, and performance monitoring

processes.

b. Negotiate contracts to ensure cost optimization and timely procurement of raw

materials, components, and finished goods.

ii) Inventory & Warehouse Management

a. Maintain optimal stock levels to meet production/sales requirements while minimizing

holding costs.

b. Oversee warehouse operations, ensure FIFO/FEFO practices, and maintain accurate

inventory records.

iii) Logistics & Distribution

a. Plan and execute domestic and international logistics, ensuring cost-effective and

timely delivery.

b. Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and transporters for imports/exports.

iv) Planning & Forecasting

a. Collaborate with Sales & Production teams for demand forecasting and production

planning.

b. Develop SCM dashboards and provide monthly MIS reports to Management.

v) Compliance & Process Improvement

a. Ensure adherence to statutory compliances (GST, E-Way Bill, EPR, etc.).

b. Drive process improvements, automation, and cost-reduction initiatives in SCM
