Scientific Writer & Pharma Project Coordinator

As a Pharma Software Project Coordinator, your role will involve working closely with pharmaceutical clients to understand their requirements. You will collaborate with coding & design teams to develop user-friendly app flows and interfaces tailored for pharma and healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will also include conducting end-to-end testing before product release to ensure smooth functionality. Additionally, you will be preparing comprehensive user guides and training material for clients, providing technical support, and resolving client queries related to pharma software applications. This role will provide you with exposure to the intersection of healthcare, technology, and project management, offering a unique opportunity for pharma graduates looking to grow beyond traditional roles. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with pharmaceutical clients to understand their requirements - Collaborate with coding & design teams to develop user-friendly app flows and interfaces - Conduct end-to-end testing before product release - Prepare comprehensive user guides and training material for clients - Provide technical support and resolve client queries related to pharma software applications In addition to the above, you will also be involved in Scientific Writing & Content Development, which will include conducting scientific literature and reference searches, selecting and evaluating relevant articles from reputed journals, assisting in developing pharma brand strategies, supporting marketing campaigns, contributing innovative ideas during brainstorming sessions, and creating engaging content for patient education and healthcare communication. Qualifications Required: - Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D (mandatory pharma background) - Experience: Freshers to 4 years (Medical Representative / Pharmacist / Pharma Sales / Clinical Research / Regulatory Affairs / Medical Writing background candidates are welcome) - Strong proficiency in English (written & spoken) is mandatory - Good communication skills, ability to coordinate with teams and clients - Interest in pharma technology, software projects, and scientific writing Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position located in Surat, Gujarat.
