Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development & Planning Design, review, and update curriculum for pre-primary and primary levels as per EYFS and best educational practices. Develop lesson plans, activity sheets, and teaching resources for various age groups. Align curriculum with educational standards and school objectives. Training & Support Train teachers across different campuses on curriculum delivery, classroom management, and activity-based learning. Monitor classroom implementation and provide feedback for improvement. Quality Assurance & Evaluation Conduct regular academic audits to ensure curriculum is effectively implemented. Assess teaching outcomes and suggest improvements. Research & Innovation Stay updated with the latest EYFS trends and innovations in early childhood education. Recommend new teaching methodologies and learning materials. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Education (B.Ed / M.Ed preferred). Certification/Training in EYFS will be an added advantage. Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, including curriculum development work. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple school teams.
