We are specifically looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following credentials:

Progressive Leadership Journey:
Must have worked at different levelsSenior Wing Coordinator, Vice Principal, and Principal—thereby gaining a deep understanding of the academic, operational, and administrative functions of a CBSE school.
Experience in India:
Prior and substantial experience of independently running a CBSE-affiliated school in India is non-negotiable. Overseas or ancillary roles without direct Principalship in India will not be considered adequate.
Strong Senior Wing & Board Class Handling:
Must have directly led Senior School operations, particularly with Board classes, ensuring academic rigor, compliance, and excellence.
Expertise in Policy & Reforms:
Proven proficiency in NEP 2020 implementation, CBSE’s evolving frameworks, and addressing current challenges in the education landscape.
Leadership Acumen:
Ability to lead large teams, handle parent and stakeholder expectations, and provide visionary direction for the institution.
Language & Communication Skills:
Exceptional command over language and academic communication to inspire confidence in students, faculty, and the larger school community.
