School Principal

We are seeking a dynamic Principal with leadership experience in both SSC and international curricular (Cambridge/IGCSE) to lead our school into its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Academic Leadership:

• Develop, implement, and monitor the schools academic programs ensuring excellence in SSC and Cambridge curricular.
• Oversee curriculum planning, teaching methodologies, and assessment systems.
• Promote innovative teaching practices and encourage professional development for staff.

2. Administrative Leadership:

• Manage daily operations of the school including staff, students, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and board requirements (SSC, Cambridge).
• Oversee admissions, timetabling, and academic scheduling.

3. Staff Management & Development:

• Recruit, mentor, and appraise teachers and administrative staff.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

4. Student Development & Welfare:

• Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Encourage extracurricular activities, competitions, and events for student growth.
• Handle student discipline and welfare matters with fairness and transparency.

5. Community & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as the key representative of the school in interactions with parents, educational boards, and the community.
• Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and school events.

6. Strategic Planning & Vision:

• Develop and implement the school’s strategic plan and growth initiatives.
• Enhance the school’s reputation through academic excellence, innovation, and community engagement.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Education (M.Ed) or relevant field; additional qualifications in school leadership preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years of teaching experience, with at least 5 years in school leadership/management roles.
• Experience with SSC and/or Cambridge (IGCSE/International curriculum) education is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of child development, pedagogy, and contemporary educational practices.
