Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: In person

1. Admissions & Enquiry Handling

• Generate student admissions through marketing and outreach activities.
• Handle admission enquiries (walk-ins, calls, online leads) and provide information about school facilities, curriculum, and fee structure.
• Maintain enquiry and admission conversion records.

2. Marketing & Promotions

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (print, digital, social media, outdoor).
• Coordinate with designers for brochures, posters, banners, and advertisements.
• Manage school promotion through events, exhibitions, education fairs, and tie-ups.

3. Brand Building

• Promote the school’s brand image in the local community.

5. Market Research & Strategy

• Conduct surveys to understand parent/student expectations and competitor schools’ strategies.
• Suggest new ideas and strategies for increasing admissions.
• Prepare admission forecasts and marketing reports for management.

7. Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with the Principal/Management to plan admission Works
• Report daily/weekly marketing activities, leads, and admission conversions.
• Assist in budgeting and cost-effective execution of campaigns.
