Work Location: In person

Key Responsibility's
1. Curriculum & Academic Planning

  • Ensure smooth implementation of curriculum as per CBSE/Board guidelines.
  • Prepare yearly/term-wise academic planners and lesson plan formats.
  • Coordinate curriculum planning meetings with subject teachers.

2. Teacher Support & Supervision

  • Guide teachers in lesson planning, teaching strategies, and classroom delivery.
  • Observe classes regularly and provide constructive feedback.
  • Organize teacher orientation, workshops, and professional development programs.

3. Examination & Assessment

  • Plan and monitor internal exams, unit tests, and assessments.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of question papers and answer scripts.
  • Oversee result compilation and report card generation.

4. Student Academic Progress

  • Track students’ performance and identify weak areas.
  • Initiate remedial/enrichment classes for weak and gifted students.
  • Monitor attendance and discipline of students in coordination with class teachers.

5. Parent & School Communication

  • Share academic updates with parents through PTMs and meetings.
  • Address academic-related queries and concerns of parents.
  • Support teachers in maintaining effective home–school communication.

6. School Events & Activities

  • Coordinate academic events like debates, quizzes, Olympiads, exhibitions.
  • Assist in organizing annual functions, cultural programs, and competitions.
  • Ensure student participation and quality performance in inter-school events.

7. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain academic records, performance analysis, and teacher reports.
  • Submit monthly/quarterly academic review reports to Principal/Management.
  • Update ERP/software data for academics regularly.

8. Teamwork & Leadership

  • Act as a link between teachers and school management.
  • Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth functioning of the academic process.
  • Motivate and support teachers to achieve academic excellence.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
