Your primary responsibility will be to integrate SISYA's Foundation, JEE, and NEET programs within school ecosystems, thereby transforming school education. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve and exceed regional revenue targets by forming strategic partnerships with schools. - Conduct consultative B2B sales and secure high-value SIP deals. - Develop and maintain a robust pipeline while ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM reporting. - Utilize your network within CBSE schools to identify and capitalize on business opportunities consistently. - Establish and foster relationships with Principals, Directors, Trustees, and School Owners. - Align SISYA's SIP solutions with the specific needs of schools to foster long-term collaborations. - Ensure customer satisfaction, timely collections, and high account retention rates. - Collaborate effectively with academic, operations, and marketing teams to facilitate smooth program implementation. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in selling School Integrated Programs (SIP). - Proven track record of success with renowned test-prep or foundation brands. - Strong existing network within CBSE schools that are either implementing or planning SIP models. - Proficient in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
