School Admissions Officer

Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Admission Counsellor to manage the end-to-end admission process at Crimson Schools. The role involves guiding prospective parents, handling inquiries, conducting school tours, and ensuring a smooth admission experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle admission inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing accurate information about the school’s curriculum, policies, and facilities.
• Conduct school tours and orientation sessions for prospective parents and students.
• Counsel parents to understand their requirements and guide them through the admission process.
• Manage application forms, documentation, and maintain admission records.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to coordinate interviews, assessments, and admission timelines.
• Meet admission targets and support school marketing initiatives/events.
• Prepare admission-related reports and MIS for the management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor, preferably in CBSE schools.
• Strong understanding of school admission processes and parent engagement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with parents and students.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and admission management software.
• Goal-oriented and customer service mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
