Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated School administrator/center operations manager to join our dynamic team at a school in Kochulloor, Trivandrum. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day to day school operations to ensure smooth functioning and manage and update social media and digital platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • - Be the first point of contact for all admission enquiries—walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and online leads
  • - Own the end-to-end admission process: enquiries, counselling, follow-ups, documentation, and onboarding
  • -Manage day-to-day school operations to ensure smooth functioning
  • - Monitor staff attendance, duties, and daily task execution
  • - Ensure curriculum plans and activity schedules are implemented effectively across classes
  • - Coordinate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to maintain quality standards
  • - Handle records, files, reports, and school documentation systematically
  • -Manage and update social media and digital platforms (WhatsApp broadcasts, Instagram/Facebook posts, basic content coordination)
  • - Track enquiries, conversions, parent communication, and follow-ups
  • - Act as a bridge between management, staff, and parents

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA Graduate
  • Basic computer skills
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience worked in educational institutions
