School Activity Coordinator

We are seeking an energetic and organized School Activity Coordinator to plan and oversee a variety of extracurricular activities for students. The role will involve coordinating school events, clubs, competitions, and other student engagement programs, ensuring a well-rounded school experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute extracurricular activities, including clubs, sports, cultural events, and student competitions.
• Coordinate with teachers and staff to support student involvement in activities and events.
• Develop and implement activity schedules, ensuring a diverse range of options for students.
• Organize and manage special events like school festivals, field trips, and talent shows.
• Ensure the safe and efficient use of resources, including managing event budgets and materials.
• Foster student participation, enthusiasm, and a positive environment for personal growth through activities.
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding upcoming events and opportunities for student participation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in school event coordination or extracurricular activities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well with students, teachers, and parents.
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box for engaging school activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
