Scheduling Analyst - Construction

As a Construction Schedule Analyst, your role involves assisting in the development of project schedules and creating Monthly Project Schedule reports using P6. You will be responsible for collecting and updating historical data to enhance future budget and schedule accuracy. Moreover, you will ensure adherence to construction SOP practices and communicate effectively with project site teams via email and teleconferencing. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting project teams in developing project schedules - Collaborating with the Scheduling Manager and project teams to define key milestones and WBS standards within P6 - Utilizing P6 to generate monthly project schedule comparison reports - Maintaining historical schedule data database - Working with project site teams as required To qualify for this role, you should have: - BE in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification - At least 2 years of experience in project scheduling and analysis In terms of technical knowledge, you should possess: - Intermediate proficiency in Primavera P6 - Basic understanding of residential building construction - Ability to interpret construction drawings - Familiarity with multidiscipline projects Your software skills should include: - Intermediate level expertise in Primavera P6 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Planner, Teams, SharePoint, and other relevant tools Additionally, English proficiency is essential as you will need to comprehend technical language in Schedule Narratives and effectively communicate in English (both verbal and written) with project teams.,
