• SCCM solution management for Patch Management & Software asset management
• Managing primary/Secondary Servers and distribution servers
• Patch approvals, downloads, testing and distributions
• Troubleshooting and resolving SCCM-related issues.
• Performance tuning and optimization of SCCM infrastructure.
• Assistance with SCCM software updates and patches.
• Ensure to maintain agreed patching compliance on Endpoint and Server both.
• Preparation of RCA for Major Incidents
• Preparing, maintaining and Update of SOP and KBase
• Technical support and consultation for SCCM deployment and configuration.
• 24 x 7 monitoring of SCCM/Intune
• Be aware of complete flow of the SCCM/Intune and do deep dive into the issue and fix it
• Resolution of tickets within defined SLAs of priority
• Generate reports on frequent issues, identify resolution and implement changes if required for permanent fix.
• Engage with deployment team to create SOP for support teams.
• Maintenance/Upgrade/ Cleanup of the SCCM/Intune.

• Advanced Support: Provide expert troubleshooting for complex SCCM issues.
• System Management: Design and manage SCCM infrastructure and configurations.
• Software Deployment: Create and manage software packages and applications.
• Patch Management: Implement and monitor patch deployment strategies.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Set up monitoring solutions and generate compliance reports.
• Documentation: Maintain process documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
• Integration: Integrate SCCM with other IT tools and automate tasks.
• Security Compliance: Ensure configurations meet security policies and standards.
• Project Involvement: Participate in SCCM-related projects and upgrades.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on SCCM trends and recommend enhancements.
