Description

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Foreman to oversee scaffolding operations on construction sites in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scaffolding management, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency in all activities.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage the scaffold erection and dismantling processes on-site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all scaffolding activities.
Conduct regular inspections of scaffolding structures to ensure stability and safety.
Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely completion of scaffolding work.
Train and mentor junior scaffolding staff and ensure adherence to company policies.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of scaffold inspections and maintenance.

Skills and Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in scaffolding operations and management.
Certification in scaffolding safety and practices.
Strong knowledge of various scaffolding systems (e.g., tube and clamp, modular).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
