The ideal candidate will have an excellent balance of people, organizational, and technical skills, the role requires understanding of Wind turbine engineering drawings, Major components of WTG, spare parts, technical analysis including prior knowledge of resolving electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic functions. Previous experience in Inspecting, diagnosing, adjust , or repair of onshore wind turbines will be added advantage. The applicant should be willing to remotely work 24/7 on heavy industrial machines across the globe which are generating millions of records. Responsibilities SCADA Monitoring & Trouble shooting analysis of wind turbine remotely. Required Electrical & Mechanical knowledge of components and hands-on experience in Wind turbine . Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical developments in wind turbine design, installation, operation, and maintenance. To be supportive for different regions around the globe accordingly based on level different modules of turbines. Advance trouble shooting guide read out and implementing in wind Turbine. Give site team a better insight into troubleshooting root causes of faults after ROC techs have exhausted all steps through FHPs. Provide a means to accurately measure performance metrics via ROC metric tools. Utilizing the Fault Handling Procedures (FHPs). Provide technical information and advice solutions to internal customers regarding technical issues. Triage the case to concerned technical team if case requires additional inputs from other support team. Checking the fault frequency history and any relevant notes.Need to Work with various region units and modules and relevant to site specific instruction. Deliver the support for induvial regions during distinct requirements. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Master%27s / Bachelor in Electrical/Mechanical /similar specialization. Good years of work experience in Wind turbine experience. Work is structured and systematic and has consistent attention to detail, which enables you to meet deadlines. Power Curve & trend analysis Monitoring MTBF, MTTR, and Availability of WTGs of different wind farms. Tracking turbines under breakdown on real time basis and escalation in case of delay in restoration. Co-ordinate with site O&M and OEM team to clear technical issues in windfarm SCADA data availability. Taking care of OPC server issues Feedback on SCADA monitoring tool for development of Monitoring HMI Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly performance analysis report and MIS updating

Roles and responsibilities include but will not be limited to: Commission GCS tracking system using HW & SW knowledge and commissioning tools. Travel to both Indian and international project sites. Validates tracking algorithm and performance post commissioning. Analyzes and fixes both HW and SW faults. Tests critical GCS applications and interfaces. Implements all GCS smart features like PowerBoost, WeatherSmart and performs their validation. Provides GCS system training and manages commissioning calender. Assist remotely both internal & customer O&M teams with tracking issues at a master or site wide issue. Performs critical software updates Interface with Genius Tracker system with SSH and TCP python scripts to send commands and get data Technical Documentation and facilitate onsite development testing product Monitors site uptime performance and site analytics. Handle incoming RMA requests from customers and work with them to resolve faults Keep records of faults in the system and use them to inform development of the system Communicate with key stakeholders in regard to project performance, firmware rollouts, and new developments. Skills and Education: Strong Communication skills: Mastery of written and spoken English required Strong Troubleshooting skills Strong ability to instruct people on technical issues Must have a valid passport Experience with programming (Python, C) automation experience a plus Experience with networks (TCP,SSH,Modbus, 2.4GHz, Zigbee) Knowledge of solar industry and worksite protocol preferred Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar 3+ years engineering experience preferred Will prioritize candidates that are eager to learn and passionate about solar/renewables
