The responsibilities for this position include ensuring the monitoring of all sites by the SCADA team during their operations, monitoring fault tickets until resolution, preparing daily performance reports for all sites, identifying underperformance, planning with the ground team of subcontractors and regional managers for inspection and corrections, taking immediate actions for any faults noticed to minimize generation loss, coordinating with inter-departments, regional managers, or subcontractors for fault rectification, keeping track of spares stocked in various locations for different projects, ensuring replenishment of spares in coordination with regional managers, subcontractors, logistics, and techno-commercial teams, anticipating problems and interface issues and taking proactive measures for resolution, expediting the conduct of JMRs in coordination with regional managers, ensuring timely submission of bills of O&M subcontractors to accounts, submitting auxiliary electricity bills, rental bills of sims, etc., ensuring O&M subcontractors perform works as per agreed terms and conditions with coordination with regional managers, preparing reports and returns as requested by clients, and updating management or client decks regularly. Qualifications for this position include an educational qualification of B.E / B.Tech and experience of 12-18 years in SCADA Monitoring in Solar O&M.,

Qualifications required for this role include a B.E or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / EEE with additional preference to Electrical Supervisory License holders, 5-7 years of total experience with a minimum of 5 years in Solar O&M, worked on 33kV SS and transmission lines including troubleshooting is preferred. Provide technical information and advice solutions to internal customers regarding technical issues. Triage the case to concerned technical team if case requires additional inputs from other support team. Checking the fault frequency history and any relevant notes.Need to Work with various region units and modules and relevant to site specific instruction. Roles and responsibilities include but will not be limited to: Commission GCS tracking system using HW & SW knowledge and commissioning tools. Travel to both Indian and international project sites. Validates tracking algorithm and performance post commissioning. Analyzes and fixes both HW and SW faults. Tests critical GCS applications and interfaces. Implements all GCS smart features like PowerBoost, WeatherSmart and performs their validation. Provides GCS system training and manages commissioning calender. Assist remotely both internal & customer O&M teams with tracking issues at a master or site wide issue. Performs critical software updates Interface with Genius Tracker system with SSH and TCP python scripts to send commands and get data Technical Documentation and facilitate onsite development testing product Monitors site uptime performance and site analytics. Handle incoming RMA requests from customers and work with them to resolve faults Keep records of faults in the system and use them to inform development of the system Communicate with key stakeholders in regard to project performance, firmware rollouts, and new developments.
