Job Description

Utilize Six Sigma DMAIC tools for failure analysis, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
Conduct performance analysis of wind turbine generators (WTGs) and develop strategies for rectification and optimization.
Prepare and implement technical documentation, including operation manuals, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Plan and deliver wind farm solutions that meet and exceed customer needs and expectations.
Conduct technical due diligence for WTG, evaluating risks, and opportunities
Apply data analytics techniques to optimize machinery and equipment performance, minimizing breakdowns and maximizing availability.
Develop internal analysis tools for operations and maintenance (O&M) activities, enabling proactive decision-making and continuous improvement
Communicate effectively with O&M teams and Engineering, providing technical expertise and support
