Job Description

We are looking for SCADA Lead Engineer Youll make a difference by Design the complete Traction and power SCADA in Metro electrification using Siemens SCADA. Discussion with vendors, customers of design approvals. Lead and manage the SCADA team, providing training, guidance and support. Oversee daily design activities of team members by looking at the technical requirement management of projects of SCADA systems. Ensure SCADA system reliability, performance, and security. Develop and implement SCADA system upgrades and enhancements. Coordinate with other departments to integrate SCADA with other enterprise systems. Provide training and support to SCADA users and stakeholders. Monitor system performance and address any issues proactively. Stay current with industry trends and technologies. Implement best design practices and Siemens engineering guidelines. Desired Skills: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering/equivalent. 15+ years of experience in SCADA system design & management or a related role. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong understanding of SCADA architecture and industrial control systems. Experience with SCADA software, hardware, and network infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
