Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Work in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule to provide continuous SCADA and network support.
Coordinate and maintain network infrastructure related to wind farms (VPNs, Firewalls, Routers, Switches).
Troubleshoot SCADA systems, communication agents, and related components both remotely and on-site.
Manage incidents and ticketing processes from initiation to resolution.
Support IT/OT change management processes and ensure secure operations.
Collaborate with the Global Cybersecurity function to ensure data and system security across SCADA and network environments.
Regularly update system and security patches while maintaining version control and documentation.
