SCADA Engineer

As an Engineer / Sr Engineer / AM / DM - Scada Design, you will be responsible for designing SCADA/DCS/SAS and power plant controller systems. This role requires a strong understanding of architecture finalization, I/O list preparation, and communication protocol selection. Key Responsibilities: - Designing SCADA/DCS/SAS, power plant controller (PPC) system accordingly - Architecture finalization, preparing I/O list, selecting communication protocol - Managing Scada control & instrumentation and communication system - Proficient with the set-up of new Scada and management of Scada Instrumentation; Scada Integration with OEM SCADA - Managing Scada Servers, HMIs and SCADA database; knowledge of CMS will be an added advantage - Knowledge of the Weather monitoring station and different sensors and their integration with the SCADA system - Proficient in Data Communication Verticals; manage PLC, VSAT, Lease Lines, OPC, FTP, OPGW, Lease line, MPLS, GSM/GPRS etc. on IEC-101 and IEC-104 - 3+ years of experience in Scada Design; solar experience is preferred Qualifications: - B.E./B.Tech in Electronics Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of SCADA systems and design - Experience with instrumentation and communication systems - Ability to manage and integrate various data communication technologies Preferred Skills: - Experience in solar energy systems - Familiarity with CMS Note: Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
